Inside your AgentBase.io account you will find the option to Purchase a Job on the left hand side menu.

The easiest way to view this service is more so as Job Campaigns than Job Posts.  So, after you purchase the actual Campaign you have 3 options on how your campaign is set up:

Paced: We will spend your budget evenly to do our best to get you an even number of applicants throughout the remainder of the month.  We have many users who buy this option every month to ensure they have steady candidates coming in.

i.e. There are 26 days left in December.  If you bought a $1095 Enhanced Visibility we'd spend around $42/day getting your applicants until the end of the month.

Burst: We will get you as many applicants as possible as quickly as possible until your budget is exhausted.  We have many users who buy this option weekly on Friday's to ensure they get large bursts of applicants in over the weekend/Monday.

i.e. You purchase a $1095 Enhanced Visibility today; we'd spend that as fast as possible to get you as many applicants as fast as possible.  Depending on where your targeting, you'd have all your applicants (and your whole budget spent) within a couple of days.

Custom Date Range: This is the same as Paced but within a custom date range.  We will spend your budget evenly between whatever dates your select (max 30 days).

We will have your job campaign posted and live within 1 business day of your purchase. You should see applicants come in within 24 hours of that!

When someone purchases a job campaign for the first time, we create a unique dashboard inside your AgentBase.io account for you to view results specifically for candidates who came from your campaign. Click here to learn more.

Unfortunately, you can't see "the ad". The ad is just your company name, job title, location, and job type (virtual or hybrid). Job seekers can view that and then click a link to apply. The link they click takes them to your AgentBase hosted job application.

We drive applicant traffic from dozens of job boards, Google, and social media to your application page.

If you aren't receiving many candidates it is usually due to one, or many of the following reasons:

- Your job title is very selective, or potentially off-putting

- The location(s) your targeting are not very populated. If you're targeting a city, or cities, it will likely have a negative impact on the volume of candidates you receive. Even certain states with small populations (Rhode Island, Alaska, or Vermont for example) can have a negative impact on the amount of candidates you receive

- Your job type is hybrid. In today's culture everyone is looking for remote work, and there are no shortage of employers offering it. Hybrid jobs can have a negative impact on the amount of candidates you receive

Please note that regardless of your job type or targeting, we are working hard behind the scenes always to get you as many applications as possible for the lowest amount of money.

As your campaign comes to an end, we will send you an email with information on how to re-post your exact job, or make edits and re-post. Depending on your results, you may want to consider editing your job title, job targeting, or job type!
